Yes. Our soaps, hair oil, lip balms and lipstick are made without parabens or sulfates, using natural ingredients like neem, sandalwood, activated charcoal, aloe vera, shea butter and cold-pressed oils. Every batch is handmade in small quantities rather than mass-produced.
Many customers with sensitive or acne-prone skin use our neem, charcoal and aloe vera soaps specifically for that reason. That said, everyone's skin reacts differently — we recommend a patch test on a small area first, especially if you have known allergies.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking, processed securely through Razorpay. Your card and UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay — we never see or store them.
Because our products are personal-care items used on skin, hair and lips, we can't accept returns once an order is delivered or opened, except in cases of damage, defects, wrong items or missing items. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Yes — since our products contain natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, we make them in small batches so you receive fresh stock. We recommend using soaps and oils within a reasonable time of purchase and storing them in a cool, dry place.
Yes — once your order is confirmed, you'll get an Order ID by email. Use it on our Track Order page along with your email address to check its status anytime.
Yes, we currently deliver pan-India. A small number of remote pincodes may take an extra day or two beyond our usual 3–5 business day window — we'll let you know if that applies to your order.
