These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flora Dew website (floradew.in) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before shopping with us.

1. About Flora Dew

Flora Dew crafts handmade bathing soaps, hair oils, lip balms and lip colour using natural ingredients, made in small batches in India. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Flora Dew; "you" means the person browsing or ordering from this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this website.

3. Products & Descriptions

We describe our products, ingredients and pricing as accurately as we can. Because every batch is handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, scent or shape between batches are normal and are not defects. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.

Our products are handmade using natural ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before full use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Product listings note key ingredients — please check them against any allergies you may have.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway supporting UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photography, illustrations, logos and design — is the property of Flora Dew unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false order information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flora Dew is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over our place of business.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
